Elixir Family is an "innovative franchise" that enables entrepreneurs to open businesses in the U.S. by launching products on Amazon under its brand. The company selects franchisees, chooses products for each operator, arranges manufacturing, and supports all stages of bringing a product to Amazon. Under its model, franchisees receive 93% of revenues while the franchise retains 7%. The founders present include CEO Artem Goldman, CPO Vladimir Zagorsky, investor Maxim Spiridonov, Egor Kovalenko and Alexander Nezhnik. Financially, the company has secured a $500,000 investment from Maxim Spiridonov, who will take a 20% stake and whose funds are expected within six months. The partners describe Elixir Family as a global health and wellness brand combining e-commerce, franchising, business education and community, and aim for a valuation above $10 billion by 2030.
