Workerbase offers a low-code SaaS platform that connects people, processes, machines, and materials in real time to orchestrate manufacturing workflows. Its algorithm-based Dynamic Process Execution (DPE) monitors processes, prevents production problems, and automatically assembles task forces by surveying employee skills, locations, and availability when issues arise. The company says its software can enable customers to increase revenues by upwards of 20%. Workerbase’s DPE is already deployed at large factories including Porsche, Siemens, PON.bike, and GKN Powder Metallurgy. The €10 million Series A will be used to further develop the startup’s offerings to help manufacturers increase efficiency and flexibility. CEO Norman Hartmann positions the product as a way to combine human and machine intelligence to create a fully dynamic production environment based on real-time information.
