Worksmile (formerly FitQbe) builds a subscription-based employee well-being platform combining gamified wellness challenges, a community communication layer, and a benefits marketplace. The product integrates with mainstream fitness apps and workplace tools (SAP, Slack, Microsoft Teams/Office 365, Google Workspace) and lists partners such as Allegro, H&M, IKEA, LOT, Ryanair, Wizz Air and Wolt. The company reports “tens of thousands” of users, claims its product increases employee commitment by 71% and reduces stress by 51%, and employs roughly 30 people. Worksmile sells modular functionality so clients choose and pay for needed features; its customer list spans banking, insurance, Big 4, retail, healthcare and publishing. The startup rebranded from FitQbe in 2020 and is actively hiring while continuing to evolve modules for remote work support. Management says the near-term focus is growing market share in Poland with options to expand to new geographies over time.
