1120 Pacific Ave, Suite 100, Tacoma, WA, 98402, United States

Overview

Worksphere offers a workplace management platform that tracks seating arrangements, schedules office time, and automates capacity limits, wellness surveys and contact tracing. The product is aimed at office and facilities managers and was designed with input from an advisory group of HR, facilities, and office managers from 12 companies. Co-founder and CEO Aakhil Fardeen launched Worksphere in September with CTO Mark Piper and Director of Sales Theresa Klaassen; the founding team previously worked together at Lish. Lish is a corporate catering marketplace that grew to $12 million in annual revenue, though its business is currently limited because many workers are remote. Early customers include the Seattle-based Allen Institute for AI, which plans to use the platform to manage three offices and more than 200 employees when they return to the office. The company raised $550,000 in pre-seed funding to support its product and go-to-market efforts.
