Workvivo provides an employee communication platform that merges an intranet, internal comms tool, and employee app into a single social experience. The product lets employees share, post, comment, podcast and live stream, and offers strong integrations with Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace and hundreds of HR, CRM and productivity tools. Customers include Amazon, Bupa, TELUS International and Clipper Logistics, alongside other Fortune 500 companies across industries such as healthcare, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. The company has expanded offices in Boston, London and Dublin in the last year and grew headcount sixfold since 2020 to 123 employees. Workvivo raised $22M in a Series B to accelerate its product roadmap and build features aimed at humanizing the digital workplace experience. Workvivo offers an internal communications platform designed to recreate company culture through an activity feed where employees can post, like, share and comment. The product is available on web, desktop and mobile and is positioned as a culture-focused complement to tools like Slack. The company was founded in Cork, Ireland by John Goulding and Joe Lennon and was bootstrapped from the start. Customers include Netgear, TELUS International and Cubic Telecom. Workvivo has raised just over $17.5 million to date following a seed round late last year and a $16M Series A. The company says the new funding will be used largely for sales and marketing and product development as it scales amid a shift to remote work.
