Resort Savers, Inc. invested to support commercial development and obtained exclusive China rights to Worx technologies. The investment package includes a 20% pre-IPO equity option to RSSV. The deal was announced in Shenzhen, China, amid Chinese refinery modernization and environmental mandates driving demand for such solutions.
