Wynd provides a SaaS omnichannel platform that unifies order cashing, orchestration and order picking across physical and digital channels. Its solution comprises more than 3,500 functionalities organized into modules such as OMS, PIM, Picking, Cashing and AI. Founded in 2014 by Ismaël Ould, the company is based in Paris and serves about a hundred clients. Wynd employs over 400 experts, including 200 R&D engineers. The company plans to use the new funds to hire talent to support international growth, accelerate development of its AI modules and increase investment in R&D. It has also entered a strategic partnership with Natixis Payments to design an integrated solution for point-of-sale operations, payments and order management across channels. Wynd provides Software-as-a-Service solutions for connected commerce that enable merchants to create cross-channel sales paths and digitize their points of sale. Its solution covers a global perimeter supporting in-store convergence (cash registers, order screens, production screens, smart TPEs) and out-of-store convergence (e-commerce, m-commerce, marketplaces, car and bike drive-ins). Wynd offers tools to streamline productivity, increase sales and improve customer knowledge. The company works with major national retailers in the restaurant sector (Flunch, Elior, Nabab Kebab, Exki) and florists (Monceau Fleurs, Happy and RapidFlore). Led by CEO and co-founder Ismael Ould and based in Paris, Wynd plans to use new funding to expand the team, roll out services in France and internationally, and accelerate product transformation toward multi-sector usage. It previously raised a €1.8m first round in October 2014 and has now raised €7m in this round.
