Overview
Xelix is an agentic AI software company that integrates with ERP and finance systems to detect payment errors and fraud, automate supplier statement reconciliations, and streamline AP Helpdesk operations. The platform offers three core solutions and added an agentic Helpdesk module in 2024 to handle high volumes of supplier queries. Xelix processes over 115 million invoices annually and audits more than $750 billion in spend across 130+ global customers, including AstraZeneca, BAT, GSK and Virgin Atlantic. The company emphasizes capital-efficient growth driven by customer ROI and a focus on client value realization. With the new funding, Xelix plans to accelerate product innovation, expand market presence, and support broader adoption of AI across finance operations. Xelix offers an Accounts Payable Control Centre, a machine-learning-powered application that automates manual AP processes and helps prevent incorrect payments and fraud. The platform aggregates data from different systems to give a consolidated view of payables and to enhance team productivity. Its product suite includes Xelix Protect (a machine-learning payment audit), Xelix Statement Reconciliation (automated workflow for accounting accuracy and compliance) and Xelix Insight (self-service business intelligence for payables data). The company serves some of the biggest firms across manufacturing, retail and government. Founded in 2018 by University friends Paul Roiter (CEO) and Phillip Watts (CPO) and based in London, Xelix recently completed a $5M Series A. The funding will be used to bring new products to market and to expand the team to accelerate growth.
