Xembly develops an AI assistant that analyzes conversations across meetings, Slack and email to detect intent, extract action items, summarize key moments, and automate scheduling and task follow-up. The platform’s machine learning pipeline is trained on a dataset of corporate meetings to power automated note-taking and action-item extraction, and it can optionally schedule focus time or follow-ups after a meeting. Xembly emphasizes user privacy by allowing configuration to delete items immediately after processing. The startup was co-launched by Pete Christothoulou, Peter Francis and Jason Flaks and counts early users such as Convoy, Unearth Technologies and Headway. It is investing the bulk of its efforts in improving the product’s AI capabilities and acquiring new customers as it continues to scale. The company has about 25 employees and currently does not charge customers.
