Xenon Robotics develops the X1 humanoid robot designed for manufacturing and logistics applications. The X1 has a 10 kilogram payload capacity, a 1.6 meter reach, and onboard advanced vision systems for warehouse navigation and collaborative tasks in unstructured environments. Xenon prices the X1 at approximately ₹15 lakhs (about $18,000), positioning it far below many Western counterparts that can cost over ₹1 crore. The company plans to mass-produce the X1 by building a dedicated assembly line in India and reducing reliance on imported components. Xenon expects to deploy the first batch of units within six months and is establishing a testing center in Pune to validate performance under industrial conditions. To support scaling, the company is hiring more than 50 engineers and technicians. Xenon is targeting automotive and electronics assembly lines in the National Capital Region and Karnataka and aims for a roughly 10% share of the Indian humanoid robot sector by the end of 2025.
