Xensam builds AI-based software asset management that scans networks to provide real-time visibility into thousands of applications across cloud and on-premise environments. Its technology uses AI for data normalization and a trained chatbot front end to surface system information and prebuilt reports. The company was bootstrapped for eight years and remains majority-owned by founders Oskar and Gustav Fösker. Xensam serves about 200 customers, including Polestar and Northvolt, and reports annual recurring revenue growth of 126% year-over-year. The team is roughly 100 employees and plans to hire more as it expands. Management says it will use new capital to continue developing its AI stack, launch additional products in Q2, and push into the U.S. market; the company declined to disclose a valuation or revenue figures.
