Xentria is a biopharmaceutics company focused on developing novel therapeutics to address unmet clinical needs, with an emphasis on rare diseases, immunologic disorders and oncology. Its lead candidate, XTMAB-16, is a chimeric human-murine IgG1 anti-TNF monoclonal antibody being developed to disrupt an inflammatory pathway and potentially slow or stop granuloma formation in sarcoidosis patients. Funds will support next-stage clinical development, including a global sarcoidosis trial expected to initiate in early 2023.
