Overview
Integra Devices is an Irvine, Calif.-based next-generation micro-device company led by CEO Paul Dhillon. Its product portfolio includes vibration-based perpetual batteries, in-canal hearing devices, in-body medical sensors, and microfluidic sensors, with a flagship miniaturized microwave micro-relay that can hot-switch power. The company targets high-value markets such as telecom, aerospace, industrial, and life science. Since its launch in 2015 Integra has been entirely customer funded, securing major development contracts from Lockheed Martin, Teledyne, and tier-1 life science companies. The company incubated at Evo Nexus and received support from UC Irvine’s Applied Innovation. Integra plans to use new funding to expand its team and infrastructure and to move its products into pilot production.
