Founded in August 2020 by Sari Hweitat and based in Amman, Jordan, the company integrates AI and natural language understanding across digital and telecommunication channels. Its products are designed to provide 24/7 customer service and free human agents from repetitive tasks. In September 2021 Xina raised $1.0M in a Seed round led by Jordanian angel investors to support regional expansion and intellectual property development. The company plans to expand into Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar through support from regional investors and strategic partnerships.
