XDC Network is an enterprise-grade, carbon-neutral, EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain that uses a delegated proof-of-stake variant (XDPoS) to deliver ~2-second transactions, near-zero gas (~$0.0001), and over 2,000 TPS. The protocol emphasizes interoperability with ISO 20022 financial messaging standards and targets institutions, retail users, and entrepreneurs.
