Xlogic Labs is a Coimbatore-based manufacturing start-up that combines in-house robots with AI software to create fully automated production lines. Using its web platform, customers upload CAD files and instantly receive manufacturability analysis and pricing, after which the software auto-generates a manufacturing plan and assigns tasks to the company’s welding, metal-bending and proprietary multi-process robots. Roughly 60–65 % of each robot’s value is locally sourced, with critical components imported from Japan, Taiwan and Germany. To date the firm has handled about 150 manufacturing requests, including roughly ten from multi-billion-dollar enterprises, and has begun selling its welding robot externally—most notably to Ador Welding. Future plans include launching robots for automated beam and structural-frame fabrication, with the first unit targeted for release in about six months. The start-up has previously raised $160,000 in a friends-and-family round led by US tech entrepreneurs Tyler Cowen and Balaji Srinivasan, and is now seeking substantially larger capital to scale operations.
