Overview
XM Cyber develops HaXM, a simulation and remediation platform that uses offensive techniques and AI to expose enterprise attack paths and recommend fixes. HaXM performs continuous red-team–style audits, letting IT teams replay penetration tests in a timeline and see theoretical damage such as exposed credentials and data. The company also offers an AWS plugin that audits configurations via AWS APIs to surface misconfigurations that enable privilege escalation and access token theft. XM Cyber was cofounded by CEO Noam Erez with Tamir Pardo and Boaz Gorodissky and built a team of more than 30 cybersecurity researchers from Mossad, the Israel Security Agency, and Unit 8200. It says it has dozens of customers across Europe, Israel, and the United States in sectors including banking, insurance, manufacturing, government, and critical infrastructure. XM Cyber recently raised $17 million in a Series B and plans to use the proceeds to grow R&D while expanding sales and marketing worldwide, bringing its total funding to $49 million to date. XM Cyber provides an automated APT simulation and remediation platform (HaXM) that continuously exposes attack vectors from breach point to organizational critical assets. HaXM leverages multiple offensive methods to uncover hidden attack vectors and delivers data-driven remediation focused on an organization’s most critical assets. The company serves customers including financial institutions and critical infrastructure organizations across North America, Europe, Israel and Australia. XM Cyber is co-founded by CEO Noam Erez, President Tamir Pardo and CTO Boaz Gorodissky. The company said it will use new funding to accelerate growth through expanded sales, marketing and engineering programs. To date XM Cyber has raised a total of $32M.
