XRobotics builds the xPizza Cube, a countertop robot roughly the size of a stackable washing machine that uses machine learning to apply sauce, cheese and pepperonis. The machine can produce up to 100 pizzas per hour, is retrofittable for different pie sizes and styles (including Detroit and Chicago deep dish), and the company says its robots are producing 25,000 pizzas per month. Units lease for $1,300 a month on three‑year terms and Rodionov says the device saves roughly 70–80% of staff time on repetitive tasks. XRobotics positions the product as assistive technology to fit existing kitchens and price points, and counts both mom‑and‑pop shops and large chains among customers, though it declined to disclose customer counts. The startup launched in 2019, introduced an earlier, larger robot in 2021, and launched the current compact model in 2023. The company plans to expand to Mexico and Canada next.
