Xtraice develops and manufactures ecological synthetic ice rinks. Founded in 2003 and led by CEO Adrian Ortiz, the company produces a new generation of synthetic ice rinks. It manufactures and distributes its products globally, with installations in more than 50 countries across five continents. Clients span entertainment and professional ice hockey, including Disney, the NHL Florida Panthers, Surya Bonaly and the John Hancock Center. The company raised €800k in funding from Caixa Capital Risc via Caixa Innvierte Industria. Xtraice intends to use the capital to continue to expand globally.
