XYXX is a men’s premium innerwear and lifestyle brand founded in 2016. Its core products are premium men’s innerwear, and it plans to launch a Silver Cotton range in new signature designs across channels. The company sells through both general trade—its primary channel—and digital marketplaces, and operates on an omnichannel distribution model. XYXX has built a network of over 18,000 retailer partners across more than 150 cities and towns and retails on 14 key digital marketplaces (including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio), where it has been among the top three innerwear brands for three years running. In FY2023 the brand opened its first exclusive brand outlet in central Mumbai and added three more EBOs; it plans to open another six stores and double EBO scale in FY24. Management says proceeds will be used to scale core categories, drive efficiency and profitability through greater scale and better use of technology.
