YAMASTRO

1-6-16 Kanda Izumi-cho, Yamato Building 405, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo, 101-0024, Japan

Overview

Founded in October 2025, YAMASTRO is developing self-evolving factories that leverage proprietary software and artificial intelligence to automate every step of metal-part production. Customers upload CAD drawings, after which the platform instantly generates quotations, performs design-for-manufacturing (DFM) optimization, and controls machine tools, all without human operators. The company targets the growing demand for high-mix, low-volume, high-precision components in industries such as aerospace, robotics, and medical devices. Its autonomous approach aims to cut lead times and costs while enabling rapid iteration for customers. The freshly secured seed funding gives YAMASTRO ¥100 million in additional capital to scale its factory infrastructure and refine its AI software. Headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, the startup currently operates with ¥3 million in registered capital and plans to use the new funds for technology development and market expansion.
