Overview
YesGraph was founded in summer 2012 by Ivan Kirigin, previously head of growth at Dropbox. The company pivoted from a recruiting product to an API that makes invite and referral systems more intelligent by ranking a user’s contacts. Its engine combines data from external services like FullContact with information users share and app-specific signals to score and surface the most likely invitees. YesGraph is currently in private beta; pricing is not yet available but the company plans to attribute app growth to its recommendations and charge accordingly. Product roadmap discussions with early customers include building SDKs for iOS and Android and developing an online dashboard focused on analysis rather than manual tuning. Early testers include Y Combinator colleagues and other pilot customers. YesGraph provides a referral-hiring platform that asks employees to connect their Facebook and LinkedIn accounts so the product can surface qualified connections. The platform presents a feed where employees indicate whether they'd recommend surfaced candidates, and recruiters receive a prioritized list of referred talent. By using social-network data, YesGraph identifies candidates with relevant experience and skills and aims to produce candidates more likely to fit a company’s culture than blind sourcing. Early trial customers include Airbnb, Stripe, and Pinterest. The company is free at launch but plans to begin charging on a SaaS seat license basis for advanced features. YesGraph has raised seed funding to support its growth and product rollout.
