一兮生物 is a synthetic biology company focused on technology innovation and product R&D. The company was among the first in China to industrialize human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). Its core capability centers on the industrial-scale production of HMOs. In August 2023 it completed a nearly ¥100 million Pre-A+ financing round. The round was led by Huangpu Medical Fund and followed by Yuanhe Holdings, Junzilan, Yizhan Capital, and Nanwan Baiao Fund. Existing shareholders Oasis Capital and Shen Gaoxin Investment also continued to participate in the financing.
