Yodel is an independently owned parcel carrier that provides a wide range of delivery options tailored to business needs, including a growing Out of Home (OOH) offering. The company has seen record growth over the last year, driven by new contract wins, renewals with large e-commerce customers and a 200% uptick in customer-to-customer (C2C) volumes over the past two years. Yodel plans to use a newly secured funding package to further automate and modernise its operations over the next three years and to expand its OOH capabilities in response to rising parcel volumes. Management continuity is in place: CEO Mike Hancox, who took control in June 2024, will remain in charge and retain a significant shareholding. Yodel has been investing in its network and infrastructure, including a new 162,000 sq. ft. depot in Huyton that doubles North West capacity, alongside multi-million pound fleet investments. PayPoint plc is a strategic business partner operating the Collect+ OOH network in over 12,000 UK locations and made a strategic investment in the company in June 2024.
