YouGotListings is a Y Combinator–backed SaaS that offers rental listings management for brokers and landlords. Founders Gordon Chen and John Li built the product after spending a year working as brokers in Boston to learn the market. The platform distributes landlord-posted listings in real time to selected brokers and lets brokers publish listings to consumers, run credit checks, print rental applications, and syndicate listings to sites like Trulia, Hotpads and Craigslist. It includes landlord-broker messaging, itinerary printing, and mobile access via a launched Android app and an imminent iPhone release. Pricing is free for listing distributions and ranges from $50 per month for a single user to $100 per month for unlimited users. YouGotListings currently focuses on Boston and Chicago (claiming 75% share in Boston and 10% in Chicago) and plans expansion into Florida and San Francisco. Financially the company is primarily bootstrapped and has raised $150,000 through StartFund.
