Young Platform (part of Young Group) operates a crypto exchange and, via its integration with Fleap, offers tokenization of financial instruments and real assets. The group formed a holding, Young Group S.p.A., to bring Young Platform and Fleap together and pursue a unified infrastructure where crypto, banking services and tokenized assets coexist. Management says the company has reduced losses progressively since 2022 and reached 2025 near break-even, though not yet strongly profitable. The company employs about 40 people directly (31 within Young Platform) and roughly 50 including indirect collaborators. Young Group holds a broad MiCAR-related authorization allowing it to offer eight of ten crypto-asset services under the European framework. The stated plans include expanding Fleap's market presence in Italy and Europe, pursuing organic growth and potential acquisitions, and using the newly raised capital to support those initiatives.
