Yours.org integrates a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet with a social content app to let users earn and pay Bitcoin micropayments for content. The platform is built on Bitcoin Cash (BCH), a fork of Bitcoin designed to scale to a global audience. Launched in August 2017, the service is led by CEO Ryan X. Charles and CTO Clemens Ley, PhD. Users have earned Bitcoin for a broad range of content types, including cartoons, non-fiction books, short stories and cryptocurrency trading advice. The company closed a $1.5M Series A in January 2018 led by Bitmain and nChain. It is using the capital to expand its team of engineers and growth experts.
