Youshu Education develops online and blended Chinese-language learning products, combining digital lessons with printed workbooks. In September 2017 it launched the synchronized Chinese course “语文同步学” (Yuwen Tongbuxue), which supports online pre-study, offline answer-taking with online analysis, and teacher tools for assignment setting, auto-grading, and reporting. The product uses an operator monthly subscription model priced at RMB15/month and is promoted into schools via local channels with training and content support from Youshu. By November 15 the product had entered 870 schools across Guangxi, Zhejiang and Jiangxi, with 530,000 experience users and over 200,000 paying users, yielding a reported conversion rate of 35–40%. Founded in Beijing in 2007, the company also serves as a content integrator (MCP) for China Mobile Migu and China Mobile's Jiangxi branch and acts as a core operations support provider. Financially, Youshu completed an A round in June 2016 and reported a valuation of RMB150 million.
