yuback is a French developer of a geolocation-based application that allows users to meet friends in the neighborhood and find missed meetings. The app is currently available for iPhone and iPod Touch. Launched in 2009, the company raised €500k in its first round of funding. Investors in the round include Vivacto Développement and Belgian business angel Sven Holland. In 2011 yuback plans to release a new version of its website and its iPhone application, offer an English version for international expansion, and make the service available on other mobile platforms.
