Yumitech is building Fast In Time, a mobile and desktop application that leverages artificial intelligence and predictive data analysis to help users quickly locate and reserve nearby services with up-to-date details on pricing, accessibility and real-time availability. The platform allows filtering for accessibility needs, intolerances and personal preferences, while also providing small and medium-sized businesses with geolocated demand insights to boost visibility and reduce waste. The founders, Agnese Marcuzzi Gherardini and Francesco Masini, conceived the idea after repeatedly encountering outdated information when booking services. The company emphasizes inclusivity and sustainability by minimizing unnecessary travel and supporting local professionals. A public beta release is planned, and businesses can already register via the fastintime.it website. Initial development was financed through a non-repayable pre-seed grant from the city of Prato and ANCI, followed by additional regional grants. Yumitech has since closed a second pre-seed round that brought in more than €165,000, providing runway for continued product development and beta launch.
