Yunait operates Yunait.com, a daily-deal aggregator that collects offers from collective buying sites (e.g., Groupon, Offerum, Groupalia) and members-only outlets (e.g., Privalia, BuyVip). Launched in September 2010 and based in Madrid, the service covers multiple Spanish markets including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Zaragoza, Sevilla, Málaga, Alicante, Palma de Mallorca and Valladolid. The company received €2m in combined equity and debt financing to support growth. Management intends to use the funds to grow the service in Spain, develop mobile platforms, and pursue international expansion. Founder and CEO Pablo Elosúa remains the main shareholder following the investment.
