The firm offers integrated and automatic finance and taxation management tools intended to lower taxation cost and increase effectiveness. Yunzhangfang plans to invest proceeds from its recent fundraise into IT infrastructure, brand management, product R&D and other areas. The company announced a significant Series E financing in February 2022, signaling a strong capital position to pursue its product and technology roadmap. Yunzhangfang provides integrated, automatic bookkeeping tools that initially served bookkeeping agencies and later expanded to offer SMEs tools to evaluate and prevent corporate taxation risks and to assist with employees' personal income tax and public insurance premium payments. The platform automates manual bookkeeping work and aims to improve efficiency for professional agencies and SMEs. The business recently closed an $85 million Series D and previously raised an RMB 300 million (42.8 million) Series C led by Hillhouse Capital in November 2018. New funds will be used for technological research in robotic process automation, elastic computing, platform-as-a-service and financial knowledge graph, plus marketing to expand the client base and talent hiring.
