Zan Compute offers a cloud-based intelligent IoT platform for smart washrooms (SFMP) that uses advanced sensing and machine learning to automate janitorial processes and enable predictive cleaning. The solution is aimed at property owners, managers and occupants and is already installed in major commercial office buildings and airports. Led by CEO Junaith Shahabdeen, the company focuses on maintaining high quality of service through automation and predictive operations. Zan Compute raised in excess of $1M in a seed funding round and intends to use the proceeds to accelerate growth in the smart washroom market. Bobrick Washroom Equipment has invested and entered a strategic partnership to help speed the company’s growth and vertical expansion. Additional capital came from strategic partners and angel investors.
