Zaro is developing a platform that unifies enterprise data, workflows, and AI tools within a single adaptive workspace designed to retain and reuse organisational knowledge. The product combines a shared context layer, application-building tools, and a marketplace of pre-configured workflows so AI agents and applications can operate on common organisational context. Zaro uses a multi-model approach that routes routine tasks to lower-cost models while reserving advanced models for complex work to reduce operating costs. The startup’s eight-person team includes former Convergence employees who later contributed to Salesforce’s Agentforce after Convergence was acquired. The platform is already used internally for HR, finance, and facilities operations. Zaro plans to use the new pre-seed funding to accelerate product development, hire additional staff, and expand the platform to more enterprise customers.
