Zeem Solutions operates zero-emission fleet depots and provides a fleet-as-a-service for medium- and heavy-duty fleets, bundling vehicle leasing, charging, secured parking, maintenance, cleaning, and driver amenities. The company supplies battery-electric trucks, vans, and shuttle buses on a flat monthly fee that the firm says is lower cost than owning and operating gas or diesel fleets. Zeem positions its depots as centers for opportunity charging and specialized EV operations, handling permitting, infrastructure installation, hardware/software integration, and maintenance for customers. The company announced a $50 million capital commitment from a fund managed by ArcLight Capital Partners to expand its business model and accelerate national depot growth. It also entered a strategic partnership with LAZ Parking Realty Investors, which will become an equity partner and co-develop charging and service depots using LAZ’s site selection, acquisition, and construction capabilities. The company launched its first LAX-based depot with nearly 100 available electric vehicles, 77 fast charging ports and 53 Level 2 chargers, and plans to scale depots nationally to accelerate fleet electrification and clean mobility deployment.
