Zenduty is a Bangalore, India–based B2B SaaS incident management platform launched by Vishwa Krishnakumar and Ankur Rawal that centralizes alerts and helps engineering teams recover from downtime faster. The platform notifies the right people reliably, enables collaboration, and adds automation across the incident lifecycle. In October 2021 Zenduty raised $1.9M (Rs 14 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by Deep Technology and StartupXseed Ventures. Powerhouse Ventures, Titan Capital, Supermorpheus, 100x Entrepreneurs, Kwaish, Rajesh Sawhney and others also participated. The company says the funding and its set of strategic investors will help increase growth and market share in key markets of North America and Europe.
