Zenoti provides an enterprise cloud platform that serves salons, spas and fitness businesses, handling consumer engagement including appointment scheduling, self-check-ins and automatic payments. Led by CEO and founder Sudheer Koneru, the company has expanded into fitness via partnerships with CorePower Yoga and other fitness leaders. Zenoti powers more than 12,000 businesses, including European Wax Center, Hand & Stone, Massage Heights, Rush Hair & Beauty, Sono Bello, Hair Cuttery, Profile by Sanford and Toni&Guy, across over 50 countries. Its platform is used by global brands to streamline bookings, payments and other customer interactions. Following the recent investment, the company’s valuation rose to almost $1.5 billion. Zenoti plans to use the new funds to continue expanding the platform through forthcoming M&A and to provide liquidity to employees. Zenoti builds a cloud management platform that combines ERP and CRM tools for spas, salons and related health and wellness businesses, handling bookings, digital payments, check-ins, payroll, inventory and tip transfers. The company was founded in 2010, started in India and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. More than 12,000 businesses in over 50 countries use Zenoti, with the U.S. accounting for roughly 60% of its revenue; it works primarily with higher-end chains. Zenoti charges businesses a subscription fee rather than charging end customers and currently employs about 550 people. The startup grew 100% this year and says revenue growth has accelerated; it is not yet profitable but its margin has improved. Zenoti plans to use new capital to expand into categories such as grooming and to serve gyms and fitness centers, and it is open to M&A to fuel customer growth. Zenoti provides a cloud-based software solution for the spa, salon and med spa industry, delivering online appointment bookings, mobile check in/check out, POS, CRM, employee and inventory management, and built-in marketing programs. Thousands of spas and salons in more than 50 countries use the platform to manage every aspect of their business. Led by CEO Sudheer Koneru, the company serves businesses of all sizes. Zenoti recently hired Guy Weismantel as Senior Vice President of Marketing. The company intends to use new funding to expand its presence in the U.K. and bolster global marketing efforts. Zenoti has previously raised capital from Tiger Global, Accel and Avataar. Zenoti provides a cloud enterprise platform for the beauty and wellness industry, serving thousands of salon and spa customers across 44 countries. Its technology leverages A.I., predictive analytics and mobile solutions to attract, engage and retain customers, including omni-channel booking and contactless payments. The solution supports front-desk operations with mobile payments, A.I.-driven booking and communication tools and back-office tasks such as reporting and analytics, inventory management, marketing and employee management. Zenoti serves brands including Waxing the City, Massage Heights, Mario Tricoci, Prose Boutiques, Sono Bello, Rudy’s Barbershop, MGM Resorts and Taj Hotels. Led by CEO Sudheer Koneru and based in Bellevue, WA, the company intends to use the funds to expand into existing and new geographies and to continue hiring talent. The company has raised a total of $71m to date and closed a $50m Series C to support its growth plans. Zenoti offers a cloud-based enterprise management platform tailored to salons and spa chains, covering billing, inventory management, loyalty and online booking. The company positions its software as a comprehensive solution for an under-served wellness industry and supports consumer-facing booking via web and mobile apps. Zenoti says its platform enables new business models like monthly subscriptions and integrated loyalty management. The team believes its solution scales for large chains in the US and Asia. Launched six years ago, the company previously raised $6 million in a round led by Accel. Co-founder Dheeraj Koneru has said the new funding will be used to expand into new regions, including Europe.
