Overview
LMS365 provides a learning management system that runs inside Microsoft 365 and Teams, letting users create courses via a drag-and-drop course creator or import SCORM/AICC content. The platform integrates with Microsoft services—Azure for hosting, Teams for delivery, Viva for recommendations and Power BI for reporting—and has partnerships with content providers such as Go1 and LinkedIn Learning. Customers include enterprises like Hellmann and G&J Pepsi; more than half of users are in the U.S., nearly a third in EMEA, and typical customers are SMEs with 200–1,000 users across services, logistics, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and government. The company traces its roots to Elearningforce, founded in 2003, rebranded to LMS365 in 2015, and underwent an ownership change after founder Bjarne Mortensen retired in 2018. Rasmus Holst joined as CEO last year from Wire. LMS365 has been largely bootstrapped until now and plans to use new capital to accelerate global growth, acquire distribution partners, and pursue M&A related to product development.
