Zenysis provides a data-integration and decision-support platform (including an open-source offering called Harmony) that aggregates fragmented data from multiple government agencies, UN agencies and NGOs into a single real-time control room. Its software is used by governments and partners in nine countries across Africa, South America and Asia, and has supported responses such as Mozambique’s 2019 cholera vaccination campaign. The company measures traction by the number of health priorities its software supports, including HIV, tuberculosis, childhood vaccination, maternal and child health, family health and COVID. Zenysis was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in San Francisco and Cape Town. With the new financing it plans to expand its range of health programs into adjacent verticals, invest in strategic partnerships and help governments tackle the intersection of climate change and human health. Management also plans to triple the company’s geographical footprint over the next two years with a significant focus on expanding across Africa.
