Zeplyn is an AI platform purpose-built for wealth management firms to streamline advisor workflows. Its flagship product, the Zeplyn Meeting Assistant, converts unstructured conversational data into accurate notes and automates meeting prep, note-taking, follow-up tasks, and CRM updates. The platform is platform-agnostic, working across virtual and in-person meetings and dictations, and offers out-of-the-box integrations with Salesforce, Redtail, and Wealthbox. Zeplyn says advisors save an average of 10–12 hours per week and that the product cuts manual work by more than 90% while meeting security, compliance requirements, and protecting PII. The company was founded by former Google engineers Era and Divam Jain. Zeplyn plans to use new funding to continue rebuilding wealth management from an AI-native perspective and to support its product growth.
