Zevx develops intelligent electric vehicle power systems and battery-electric powertrain products for commercial class 2–6 vehicles, power takeoff, reefer refrigeration and charging infrastructure. The company offers a series of powertrain and power system products designed to migrate commercial fleet assets to zero carbon quickly. Zevx says it will use newly raised capital to accelerate growth and expand operations and business reach. The company completed the first tranche of a funding round, raising more than $20M. Leadership changes accompanied the raise: Don Listwin was appointed CEO and Carolyn Maury moved from CEO and co‑founder to CFO and CAO. Kevin J. Kennedy was named Chairman and independent board member, and David L. Shimek and Sidney Haider of The Reynolds and Reynolds Company joined the board.
