Founded in 1993, the company began as dedicated‑route logistics and in 2013 shifted to a large‑fleet model, expanding services such as production‑material supply for van trucks. The firm is well known in South China and has recognition nationwide. It announced a Series B financing of over ¥200 million led by Yida Capital, with 繸子财富, 创瑞坚木 and 智唯界上 participating. Past financings include a near‑¥100 million A round in October 2015, an A+ round of several tens of millions from 温氏投资 and 创岚投资, a ¥1 billion credit line from Huaxia Bank, and a strategic agreement with Volvo Investment.
