Founded in 2011 and based in Pudong Lingang New Area, Zhonghong develops and manufactures front-end semiconductor equipment with a focus on coating and developing (spin-coat/develop) systems. Its product lineup includes self-developed coating/developing tools (ZHT-200, ZHT-150), a full-automatic metal lift-off machine (ZHL-200) and a rotary single-wafer cleaning system (ZHS-200). The company reports over 80 patents, nearly 100 employees with roughly 25% in R&D (including overseas experts), and its ZHT-200 has reached mass-production delivery after customer validation and multiple orders.
