Zhongning Silicon manufactures materials for the semiconductor, LCD and photovoltaic industries. The company specializes in R&D and production of high-purity silane gas, zone-melt polysilicon and nano-silicon powder. It recently completed a new strategic financing of nearly ¥800 million led by Wutongshu Capital. Quzhou Holdings, SAIC Hengxu, China Cinda and other institutional investors participated in the round. Proceeds will be used to expand production capacity, strengthen technology R&D, and accelerate product iteration and upgrades. The financing is intended to support scaling manufacturing and updating the company’s product offerings for core industry customers.
