The app pairs an AI Coach that analyses training behaviour, text, audio, and video to monitor progress, offer tailored advice, and motivate users with a personalised tone. The AI Coach was tested in beta earlier in the year and will be rolled out to all users this fall; the company plans to extend the technology to pilates, yoga, and other exercise forms after full launch.
