Zing is a Twilio consulting partner that builds exclusively on the Twilio technology stack to help organizations around the world deliver enhanced customer experiences. Through its platform, customers accelerate the roll-out of their Twilio implementations while retaining complete control of the underlying code. Led by CEO Julian Hucker, the company spun out from ProspectSoft in 2022 with backing from Maven Capital Partners. Zing has supported more than 100 customers globally, including Age UK, Car Finance 24/7, The Norwegian Refugee Council, and Oxfam. The company raised £1.25M in funding. It intends to use the funds to expand in the United States, establish a dedicated US operating entity, and execute its go-to-market strategy.
