Zingaya, founded in 2009 by three Russian developers, is headquartered in London. Its core product is a web-based click-to-call VOIP service aimed at handling support calls for e-commerce sites. The founders previously developed flap hone, a web-based VOIP app. Zingaya reports over 100 paying customers, including the Russian payment system Qiwi and S7 Airlines. The company is positioning itself to take on the Russian click-to-call market and compete with several other players. Financially, Zingaya has just completed a Series A round to fund its growth.
