Zingtree provides interactive contact-center software that uses no-code decision trees to guide agents to the next best action and create detailed agent scripts. The product integrates with CRM systems so agents can work from one place with minimal training and no engineering resources. Zingtree serves more than 600 customers in 50 countries and helps make over 15 million human decisions per month. Enterprise ARR grew threefold in 2021 after doubling in 2020, and the company says it is "in striking distance" of profitability while prioritizing growth. Zingtree plans to double headcount (from 46 employees) to about 70 by the end of the next quarter and will invest in product development, adding AI/ML, data-insight features and more integrations and partnerships such as Talkdesk. The company was founded in 2014 and targets enterprises with complex service workflows and compliance needs.
