The company plans to use new funding to upgrade and upscale technology and operations and to deploy collective commerce solutions for residents and residential communities. Zipgrid positions itself to benefit from India’s organized-community market (over 35 million households in top clusters) and a cited market opportunity of over US$2bn, with household penetration expected to rise to over 100 million by 2025. The platform is being positioned for expansion across the Asia-Pacific region with support from JLL’s global network.
