Its launch coincides with an initial tranche offering (ITO) designed to attract initial total value locked (TVL) by allowing liquidity providers to deposit stablecoins into senior or junior tranches. Liquidity providers receive Tranche Tokens that offer risk‑stratified exposure to a loan portfolio secured by a special purpose vehicle (SPV) backed by cash flows from consumer loans; those tokens can be staked to earn yield.
